Ok...i used to be so happy with my figure but lately ive been eating so much rubbish and ive put on weight, really quickly. i am so determined to lose this weight, starting NOW!! i play hockey (field hockey) regularly and i am at school (im 16 and in the 6th form) so i have little time to go to the gym etc becuae of hockey and work. what i would like your help wiht is ... 1) What exercises can i do in my room to lose weight+build muscle? 2) i have school lunch every day. is it a good idea to have soup every day? or salad and jacket potato? 3) tips with eating - shall i only drink water? [please dont say to cut out ALLLL junk food because even though i would love to do that, i know it will be very hard!!] any help you give me will be so helpful !! im looking to lose about half a stone please help me i would appreciate it so much!!!! xxxxxxxxx...
